1. Introduction
Welcome to holybagel.com.au (the “Website”).
By using this Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Orders & Minimum Spend
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
A minimum order value of AUD 50 applies to all deliveries. Orders below this amount cannot be processed for delivery.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card information.
3. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery Area: We currently deliver only to select suburbs close to our bakery in Perth (for example: [insert your exact delivery suburbs here]).
If your address is outside our delivery zone, we will contact you to discuss pickup or cancel and refund the order.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (courier delays, extreme weather, etc.).
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provide.
Pickup from our bakery may be available by arrangement.
4. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Because our products are fresh food, returns are not accepted unless goods are damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@holybagel.com.au or 08 6180 8331 if there is a problem.
If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed promptly.
5. Allergens & Dietary Information
Our bagels and cream cheese spreads may contain or come into contact with allergens including wheat, gluten, sesame, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website—including text, images, logos, and recipes—is the property of The Holy Bagel Company or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
