Our journey began in 2013 with a simple idea: to introduce proper, traditional bagels to Western Australia. From the start, our focus has been on creating a product that is true to tradition and made with care.

Our bagels are slowly proofed, carefully boiled, and then baked to golden perfection—following the time-honoured method that gives bagels their unique chew and flavour.
