Where are you located?
We bake in Perth, Western Australia. Orders are placed online, and we deliver to selected nearby suburbs. (See the Delivery section below for details.)
Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
We’re a wholesale bakery and online retailer. Pre-arranged pickups are possible—just contact us.

Orders & Payment
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. We have a $50 minimum for all delivery orders.
How do I pay?
Secure payment is made at checkout using the methods listed on our site (credit/debit card, etc.). We don’t store card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we bake fresh to order, please email orders@holybagel.com.au or call 08 6180 8331 as soon as possible. If we haven’t started baking, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
Delivery
Which suburbs do you deliver to?

When will my order arrive?

Products & Ingredients
Are your bagels traditional?
Absolutely. We hand-roll, slow-prove, boil, and bake each bagel using time-honoured methods.
Do you make flavoured cream cheeses?
Yes! We create a variety of cream cheese blends to pair perfectly with our bagels.
Do your bagels contain allergens?
Our products may contain or come into contact with wheat, gluten, sesame, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Please advise us of any allergies when ordering.
Are your bagels vegan?
Classic plain bagels contain no dairy or eggs, but flavoured varieties may. Check each product’s description or ask us for details.
Wholesale
Do you supply cafés or restaurants?
Yes, we’re Perth’s premier bagel wholesaler. Email orders@holybagel.com.au to discuss pricing, standing orders, and delivery schedules.
Is there a minimum for wholesale orders?
Yes, minimums vary by product but typically start at $50 per order.
Other
How should I store bagels?
They’re best eaten fresh the same day. For later, store in an airtight bag at room temperature for 1–2 days, or slice and freeze for up to 3 months.
Do you offer gift cards or catering platters?
We can arrange catering-style quantities and custom orders. Contact us to discuss options.
